Steve Klaus is our Northeast Regional Manager and a Senior Service Technician working from our Sussex County NJ location. His drive for customer service and desire to get things done makes Steve our go-to–person when critical jobs come in.  He has over 30 years of remote visual borescope inspection and retrieval experience serving thousands of clients.  He has also trained, coached and developed many industry technicians.  He served in an assortment of roles with industry leading RVI companies prior to joining Look Technologies in 2015 including technician, team leader, operations management and sales.
